Just had my first service at Melbourne Euro in Campbellfield, was quite an easy process as I put in a request for callback on their website with what I wanted checked on the car, I.e. brake pads and discs, a small whistling noise coming from the rear end and other areas and they thoroughly checked for these issues included in the price for the minor service I had done here. They were fair and didn’t try and take advantage of the issues I mentioned and over charge me, instead they suggested I wait and possibly get them fixed at a later date as there was no urgent need at the moment. They also suggested I change my battery and notified me of cracked caster arm bushes and recommended I change them. The pricing was fair and they were helpful throughout the whole process.

Great experience from start to finish, including outstanding customer service. Like many Volkswagen owners, I was faced with the dreaded mechatronic issue. After speaking with several mechanics, these guys outclassed every one of them—not only with their knowledge and expertise, but they were also more affordable than the other quotes I received.

The team kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair to a very high standard. It's rare to find a workshop that delivers exceptional workmanship, honest pricing, and genuinely great customer service.

Awesome service

Ria at reception actually really knows what she is talking about. I wont go to another mechanic based on my experience with her alone. They fixed everything quickly to, when other mechanics could not even figure out what the problem was.
